Grappa panna cotta - step-by-step instructions

This is a yoghurt ‘panna’ cotta, spiked with Grappa di San Leonardo, and served with macerated English strawberries.

You will need:

2 plates

A bottle of Moscato d’Asti


Turn the panna cotta out onto a plate and serve with the strawberries.

The Moscato d’Asti is for you to drink.
