Grown right on the border of Veneto & Friuli, this delicious organic Cab.Franc is a perfect wine to help cut through richer dishes. Not super light, but on the medium side, it has a classic bright ruby colour and green pepper nose. Matches like a dream with pork and beans and vegetable dishes, and is excellent served just a touch cool.
