Quite a northern Italian way to end a meal. Grappa is a distillate of grape must (all of the bits and bobs left over when the grapes are crushed to make wine). It's pure spirit, so powerfully boozy, but should also speak of whichever grape it's made from. This is from Moscato grapes, from Asti in Piemonte, and so has the intensely floral nose you would expect, and a long dry finish. Serve neat at room temperature.
