An excellent example of Sardinia's main grape, Vermentino. At once fresh and lively on the palate, and rather serious and savoury. Quite a playful nose of ripe peaches belies the length of the finish and the pleasingly salty touch of the Med to book-end.

One for lovers of serious Albarino, and as such a great match for seafood and shellfish. Enough weight to cope with white meat too. This will not disappoint.
